YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Designing, programming, and commissioning industrial controls systems, including discrete & analog I/O, motion control, and networking.
  • Employing industrial smart-cameras to design, program, and commission vision applications.
  • Designing control panels, operator consoles, and electrical systems.
  • Designing and commissioning industrial user interfaces (HMIs).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years’ experience in control system design, preferably in the wood products industry.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Field experience commissioning and servicing control systems including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and Servos.
  • Experience with Rockwell Software including RSLogix and FactoryTalk View.
  • Background in the design and commissioning of Hydraulic Motion Control.
  • Experience with Delta RMC and Rockwell Motion.
  • Ability to cross international borders and travel to customer locations in North America and overseas.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen.

COMPENSATION:

  • $110,000 – 130,000 annually.
