As the cornerstone of executive support and operations coordination, this role is critical to streamlining the CEO’s schedule and responsibilities. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the CEO, you will ensure that the CEO’s daily schedule and commitments are well-organized.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Managing and optimizing the CEO’s calendar for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Supporting travel logistics, aligning with the CEO’s preferences and efficiency.
  • Serving as the primary contact for scheduling and the backup for the Executive Assistant and Project Lead regarding management of the CEO’s email for urgent matters.
  • Providing administrative support, including booking meetings and handling AV as needed.
  • Processing the CEO’s expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Working with the Director of Operations, supporting all elements of building an effective, productive, and efficient work/meeting space for the team.
  • Supporting internal and external events, collaborating with the membership team.
  • Collaborating internally to support the execution of various company events, both internal and external.
  • Handling event logistics, including venue coordination, catering orders, and attendee check-in.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in executive support and/or operations coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Adaptive learner, open to continuous professional development.

COMPENSATION:

  • $31.25 – 33.65/hour
