YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Business Development and Sales Leadership
    • Driving annual sales growth while maintaining profit margins by designing and implementing strategies to expand into new and existing markets.
    • Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and strategic relationships.
    • Monitoring sales performance metrics and refining strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profit margin targets.
    • Strategically developing responses to RFPs to maximize business opportunities.
    • Representing the organization at industry events, webinars, and conferences to boost visibility and foster relationships.
    • Cultivating partnerships to accelerate business growth and market entry.
  • Marketing Leadership
    • Crafting and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
    • Managing digital campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and content marketing, while overseeing the creation of high-quality materials to maintain a consistent and impactful brand voice.
    • Leading communications efforts aligned with organizational goals, leveraging strong writing skills to deliver clear messaging.
    • Using market insights to shape strategies based on customer needs, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborative and Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partnering with Operations and Accounting to streamline the client experience and improve efficiency.
    • Providing market feedback to refine or develop products and services that align with client needs.
    • Leveraging AI technologies to optimize processes across sales, marketing, and client engagement.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Building and managing a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and performance enablement.
    • Inspiring and leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
    • Managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation to achieve strategic goals.
    • Reporting key performance indicators, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
    • Maintaining exceptional organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an asset).
  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the health, wellbeing, or corporate services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, achieving sales goals, and increasing market share.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B sales and marketing strategies, particularly in workplace health and wellbeing.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Passion for workplace health, employee wellbeing, and fostering positive corporate cultures.
  • Ability to effectively lead through influence and building collaborative partnerships.
  • Highest standards of professionalism, representing the organization with excellence.

COMPENSATION:

  • $110,000 to $145,000, annually.
