THE OPPORTUNITY:

Come join our client’s finance and corporate services team where you will work with professionals across various departments to manage the financial operations of the organization and ensure the use of up-to-date tools, systems, and technologies to improve efficiencies in various functions. As the driving force behind SAP for the company, you will manage and roadmap the SAP ERP platform, driving modernization of business practices to meet strategic objectives.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Defining the long-term vision for SAP and creating technology roadmaps to ensure the effective delivery of business and customer value.
  • Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization to align with product strategy and develop high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborating with and managing the performance of external vendors, including managed service providers.
  • Providing expertise and leadership to an Agile team as a product owner, managing risks in the product backlog and ensuring timely, quality delivery of product releases throughout the product life cycle.
  • Defining and monitoring Objectives & Key Results to assess the success and performance of core ERP products, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Shaping the product’s direction based on market analysis, customer needs, and business goals, aiming to maximize product value.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record in leading product enhancements and implementations, particularly in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong skills in creating actionable roadmaps and backlog items from product vision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to build relationships with user groups, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience working in Agile teams.
  • Skilled in vendor and contract management, with the ability to develop relationships and manage vendor performance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SAP certification.

COMPENSATION:

  • $104 – 160k, based on experience, with an amazing benefits package rarely seen now in the private sector.
