YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Reporting to the Project Manager
  • Ensuring all documentation standards are maintained
  • Overseeing Transmittals and Submissions
  • Receiving and Distributing incoming submission
  • Creating and checking timesheets
  • Working with accounting department to coordinate billing process
  • Collaborating with engineers to facilitate document control
  • Participating in and/or leading meetings throughout the project lifecycle, seeking input from stakeholders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including project charters
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral, and presentation), with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and organized manner while listening to others to obtain key information
  • Ability to multitask

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the Engineering field
  • Experience using Scheduling Software
